Alex helped my husband and I purchase a home in Dallas after relocating from out of state. We were new to the area and he was patient with showing us various areas and provided local perspective on how the neighborhoods may fit our needs to aid our decision. We encountered some issues with the home we purchased in the inspection process and he was quick to recommend contractors that his clients had previous experience with so that we could quickly obtain multiple bids and decide whether to move forward with the property. His knowledge of both the area and the buying and selling process was an asset to us and we would use him again upon selling our home.

Alex helped us buy our forever home and sell our starter home. We were so well marketed that we sold above our asking price. We had non-stop showings that started the same day our listing went live. His team uses professional photographers and they even help with staging and lighting. On the buying side we had a tough seller and were buying a fixer upper. So Alex's expert negotiation skills and network of service providers saved the day. He really made it easy to find all the professionals we needed to fix up the house and helped us work through what were deal breakers and what could be fixed. We're so happy in our new house. Another thing to mention, we were not buying/selling million dollar homes like many of the Briggs Sotheby clients but we were treated as such. I never had any issues with communication. In fact we talked and saw each other so much during the process it was sad when it was all over. We realized we wouldn't be seeing an advisor, who had become our friend, anymore and it was a little sad for us.

Karla was the absolute, without a doubt, most ideal realtor we could have hoped for. It took my fiancé and I more than 6 months to find our second home and Karla was there every step of the way.
